Francis Sam is a strategic leader and Group General Manager of the Melcom Group. He brings extensive expertise in managerial accounting, finance, and IFRS (certified from Oxford) from his executive roles at Samsung and Unilever North America.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Rutgers Business School and a BBA from Pace University. Francis is also a serial entrepreneur, founding The Mylk Co., A Group, and Altarris Ltd.

He serves on multiple boards, including the Syndicated Finance House and the Melcom Group of Companies Executive Board. His contributions have been recognized with awards like the Leadership Award from the National Republican Congressional Committee. He is deeply committed to community development, sustainability, and mentoring, exemplified by his role as a Past Charter President of the Rotary Club of Accra Industrial and as a Paul Harris Fellow.
